Dundee fans shouldn't pick team - SPFA
Team selection should always be the job of the manager or head coach - not the club's supporters.
That is the view of the Scottish Professional Footballers Association following new Dundee director Giovanni di Stefano's revelation that he wants fans to pick the team.
He wants to see a 'Pop Idol'-style poll introduced so that supporters can select the starting 11 from a pool of 18 players chosen by manager Jim Duffy each month.
Worst... idea... ever.
